Chess.com Game Review alternatives
If you have run out of free Game Reviews, there are three realistic options. Here is what each one does, including the cases where this site is the wrong answer.

Chess.com's free allowance and the exact contents of its Premium tier are theirs to change, so treat that column as a description of the general shape rather than a quote.
When Chess.com's own review is the right answer
If you are already paying for Premium, use it. It reviews the game you just played without leaving the site, it keeps the review attached to your account across devices, and it sits next to the lessons and puzzles it will point you at. Nothing here replaces that.
When Lichess is the right answer
Lichess's computer analysis is free, unlimited and genuinely good, and Lichess is the better tool if you want to go on studying the position afterwards — the opening explorer, the tablebase, and studies are all a click away.
Two things make it a poor drop-in for a Chess.com player. It does not label moves the way you are used to, so there is no brilliant or excellent, only the three error grades. And your Chess.com games are not there, so each one has to be imported by hand as a PGN.
When this site is the right answer
The case for RV Chess is narrow and specific: you play on Chess.com, you have used up the free reviews, and you want the same shape of review on the same game without paying or signing up for anything.
- It opens your Chess.com game directly. Type rv in front of
chess.comin the game's address and the review builds itself. Nothing to import, nothing to install. - There is no cap. Stockfish 18 runs in your browser tab rather than on a server, so the tenth review of the day costs exactly what the first one did.
- Local by default. The positions are analysed on your machine. Completed games are contributed only if you explicitly enable the de-identified research option.
- The thresholds are published. Every label has a number behind it, which is not something most review tools will tell you.
What it deliberately does not do
It is a review tool and nothing else. There is no way to play a game here, no puzzles, no opening explorer, no lessons, no ratings, no profile. If you want those, you want Chess.com or Lichess, and you should keep using them — this is meant to sit alongside the site you already play on, not to replace it.
Running the engine locally has a real cost, too: the review takes as long as your machine takes, and an old phone is slower than a server farm. A lighter engine build is offered for exactly that reason.
